COSTS & PAYMENTS

Gent’s here are all the costs and payment information for Hotels and Golf in
Mesquite. You can call me with any questions. I will keep updating the website
with changes, confirmations, games and travel information.

HOTEL

Cost

Double Occupancy room is $326 plus resort fee and taxes. $163 per person plus
resort fee and taxes,

Single Occupancy room is $326 plus resort fee and taxes.

Payment Method:

For Double Occupancy: 1 person needs to call in and place card on hold to get
the group rate. Please designate 1 person to call in per room. For Single
Occupancy you will need to call in and put your card on file.

Splits and adjustments can be made during check out.

All payments for rooms at the group rate must be received no later than
3/31/2015.  After 3/31/2015, the group rate expires and all rooms will revert
back to the hotel for sale.

Prior to cut-off date, individuals need to call  Hotel Room Reservations
Department direct at 877-438-2929 and identify themselves as members of a
group or convention with Group Reservation ID: 1INW423. Without  this
Reservation ID, you will not receive the special rate as noted in the  Agreement.

Early arrivals and late departures, other than those listed above, may be
requested at the time the reservation is submitted.

Remember designate 1 person per room to call in and authorize your card. Must
be completed by March 31st


GOLF

We are unable to individually pay for Golf. I had to pay for the golf upfront.

Cost:

$330.00 Per Person                $5,280.00 Total

Payment Methods:

There is 2 ways to pay me. Square Cash is preferred since there is no fees for
paying or receiving money. Plus when you sign up you will receive $5 credit. I
know some of you are already have this app. I will send each of you an invite.
All you have to do is click on the link and down load it. It’s very easy. This APP
only uses Debit Cards.

If you need or prefer to use a credit card I can send you a Pay Pal Invite. I know
a couple of you are expensing this trip so you will need a receipt. There is a
2.9% fee + $0.30 = $9.87 in fees.























Transportation

Dale set up a 22 person limo. Please see Arrival and departure section for cost
per person. A couple of you are renting cars to get back early to airport on
Monday.
